Terms of Service

Kynva is a movement game. Your device's camera reads your body's motion and turns it into gameplay: you run, dodge and jump in place, and your movement drives a character through virtual cities.

Kynva is entertainment, not a medical device, not a coaching service and not a diagnostic tool. Nothing in the product is medical advice.

You need an account to play. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live; if you are under 18, you may only use Kynva with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your login details to yourself — accounts are personal and may not be shared or sold.

Kynva involves physical effort, including jumping and rapid direction changes. If you have a heart condition, joint or back problems, are pregnant, or have any doubt about your fitness to exercise, talk to a doctor before playing.

Before every session, clear the space around you: move furniture, pets and anything breakable out of reach, and make sure your footing is stable. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath.

A no-jump accessibility mode is available and reduces impact. You play at your own risk, and you are responsible for choosing an intensity suited to your condition and your surroundings.

The launch offer is not a free trial. You are charged $1.00 USD today for a 7-Day Starter Pass. That payment gives you 7 days of full access.

After those 7 days, a Kynva Pro subscription starts automatically at $14.99 USD per month and renews every month until you cancel. The annual plan is a separate purchase at $149.99 USD, billed today and then once a year; it has no starter pass and no trial period.

The Starter Pass is limited to one per account. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the $1.00 introductory offer does not apply a second time.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing, which opens our payment provider's secure portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no partial period is refunded automatically.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply where you live. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees we neither set nor receive.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

If a renewal payment fails, access is suspended until payment succeeds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@kynvafit.com and we will review it.

Scores, leaderboards, clubs and territory only mean something if they reflect real movement. Do not simulate motion by mechanical or software means, do not manipulate the game client or our APIs, and do not use multiple accounts to inflate a result.

We may remove scores, reset territory or close accounts that break this section.

Kynva is under active development. Worlds, formats, features and game balance may change, and content may be added or removed.

If we change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect. You are free to cancel before that renewal.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account cancels your access; it does not by itself refund a period already paid.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where required by law.

Kynva is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, property damage or loss arising from how you choose to play, from the space you play in, or from interruptions to the service.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
